South Carrick Annual Alumni Gumbo Cook-Off - Registration/Sponsors
****THIS IS A DEMO EVENT**** TEAM REGISTRATION Deadline January 1st ($75 after) REGISTRATION INCLUDES:-10X10 area to cook, 1 table- Teams of up to 4 people- Event T-Shirt for each team member - Two tasking tickets COMPETITION INFORMATION: - Mandatory Chef Meeting at 8:30 AM- Set-up & Cooking begins at 9:00 AM- Must cook 5 gallons of Gumbo of your choice on-site- Tasting is open 1 PM- 4 PM- Judging/Awards will take place at 3:00 PM SPONSORSHIP LEVELS Deadline December 31st - Roux $500: Logo will have a premium spot on the Cook-off Sponsor Board; Logo will be featured on the back of event t-shirt; Spotlight ad on Alumni Facebook page; 3 Tasting tickets; One free team registration included. - File $250: Logo will be included on the Cook-off Sponsor Board; Company will be listed on back of event t-shirt; 2 Tasting tickets.- Okra $100: Company name will be listed on the Cook-off Sponsor Board and event t-shirt; 1 Tasting ticket.- Additional donations available * For more information please visit the Alumni webpage ****THIS IS A DEMO EVENT****
