Dr. Corey Young joined Omni Practice Group to provide his knowledge and expertise of practice ownership and leads the Omni Practice Group in Ohio. Corey is a licensed Ohio real estate agent specializing in commercial transactions, has a DDS from The Ohio State University and owned and operated a dental practice for 18 years in Galion, Ohio and has an MBA in entrepreneurship and small business management from William Howard Taft University where he did advanced training in both business valuation and commercial real estate. Corey is an Accredited Business Intermediary, a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, and is a member of the American Business Brokers Association. Jim Vander Mey, CPA, ABI, Practice Transition Broker, Omni Practice Group - Jim has 20 years’ experience as CFO/GM of multi-million dollar Corporations, and started, grew, and transitioned numerous companies. Certified, Licensed and Accredited, this combination of experience and education gives a wide range of knowledge for Jim to draw upon, providing a perspective and level of service not easily found. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed commercial broker in Washington, an Accredited Business Intermediary, and has membership in the following organizations: the American Business Brokers Association, the AICPA Valuation Services Section and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jim Egleston, Attorney, Waldheger Coyne - Jim studied law at and received his Juris Doctor, With Distinction, from Ohio Northern University. He also earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from The University of Akron College of Business Administration. Jim represents doctors in practice sales and acquisitions, structuring practice ownership models, associate buy-ins, partner buy-outs, employment agreements and compensation planning, and counsels his clients on a wide array of projects. Rod Johnston, MBA, CMA, Owner and CEO, Omni Practice Group - Rod has a vast amount of knowledge, experience, and education in all aspects of business and real estate that provide an incredible value to every medical practice. He has managed, owned, partnered and consulted with numerous practices throughout the Northwest over the past decade.
