IIDA OHKY 2019 Fall Friday Forum

Friday, October 18, 2019, 11:30 PM

The Ohio Kentucky Chapter's Friday Forum travels to Cleveland this fall for a story telling & presentation workshop called "Everybody Has a Story: The Craft of Storytelling in Business and Life"! Every great presentation contains certain elements, but the goal is to be authentic, not perfect. Join IIDA and special guest speaker Susan Fee to learn how to start and end a presentation strong, connect with your audience, craft stories, transform uninteresting data into memorable messages, all while managing fear! This interactive workshop will help you alleviate your discomfort of public speaking by directing your focus on the right elements to build a positive audience connection. (this presentation is pending 0.1 IDCEC ceu credit) Learn about our speaker, Susan Fee! Susan Fee is a licensed mental health counselor and professional speaker who is dedicated to the art of storytelling. Stories help us heal, connect, remember, and inspire others personally and professionally. Susan is a TEDx speaker and MOTH StorySlam winner. She resides in Seattle where she is a speaker coach for TEDxSeattle, speaker organizer for Ignite Seattle, and director of The Brainpower Chronicles: Mental Health Stories.
