Conflict and Accountability: Learning How to Rumble
All managers and leaders find themselves involved with teams striving toward goals, outcomes and results. We have found that many leaders and teams not only struggle with engaging in productive, energetic debate and conflict as well as holding each other and themselves accountable – they avoid directly addressing conflict and accountability issues. This seminar will engage participates in techniques that focus on engaging in productive conflict and increased personal and team accountability to engage teams and structure to maximize team performance. Attendees will: Receive results of a Five Function Team assessment completed prior to attending Learn to identify dysfunction and pinpoint the cause and develop strategies for high function Explore productive conflict and accountability strategies to intervene and re-build the team for higher performance Work with strategies to instill trust and foster collaborative goal setting
